Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Cash on Delivery is available for all European shipping destinations — you simply pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
When you select COD at checkout, no payment is taken at the time of ordering. Instead, you pay the total amount (products + shipping) directly to the courier when they deliver your parcel. Please have the correct amount ready, as couriers may have limited ability to provide change.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@bricomagazin24.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries across Europe, including all EU Member States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and other European nations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
How quickly do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique 16-digit tracking code. Enter this code on our Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment in real time.
What if my tracking code doesn't work?
Please double-check the code in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If it still doesn't work, contact us at support@bricomagazin24.com and we will investigate within 24 to 48 hours.
Are there customs duties for deliveries outside the EU?
For EU deliveries, VAT is included at checkout and no additional duties apply. For non-EU European destinations (UK, Switzerland, etc.), your parcel may be subject to import duties set by your local customs authority. These are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Contact us via email or our Contact page. We acknowledge all return requests within 24 to 48 hours. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging. See our full Return Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for the majority of orders, unless the product listing or a promotional offer expressly states that returns are free. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, we process refunds via bank transfer. Allow 5–10 additional business days for bank processing.
What if I received a defective or wrong product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. We will offer a free replacement, full refund, or partial refund at your choice, all within 24 to 48 hours.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track order history, save delivery addresses, and access your tracking codes more easily.
How do you protect my personal data?
We comply fully with the GDPR and apply technical and organisational security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
How can I request deletion of my data?
Email privacy@bricomagazin24.com or use our Contact page. We acknowledge all GDPR requests within 24 to 48 hours and fulfil them within 30 calendar days.
