1. Acceptance and Applicability

A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the Products and send you a shipping confirmation email containing your unique 16-digit Tracking Code. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery address issues.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. Acceptance occurs only upon dispatch, at which point the contract is formed and your order becomes binding.

6. Pricing, Currencies, and Taxes

All prices displayed on this site are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include any applicable value-added tax (VAT) at the rate prevailing at the time of your order for deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries to countries outside the EU but within Europe, the applicable tax treatment will be specified during the checkout process.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination country, the weight and dimensions of the parcel, and the delivery service selected. These charges are clearly displayed before you confirm your order, so you can review the total cost including delivery before making a commitment.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error that is clearly a mistake (for example, a product listed at a price significantly below its actual value), we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, offering you the opportunity to reorder at the correct price.

7. Payment Methods and Cash on Delivery

This site offers the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay the total order amount directly to the courier or delivery agent upon receiving your parcel. This method is available for deliveries to all supported European destinations. Please ensure that you have the exact amount or close to it ready at the time of delivery, as couriers may have limited ability to provide change.
  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks. All card transactions are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors.
  • PayPal: You may pay using your PayPal account, subject to PayPal's own terms and conditions.

For cash on delivery orders, if you are not available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point for a specified period. If the parcel is not collected or payment is not made within the specified period, the order will be returned to us and may be cancelled. We reserve the right to charge for return shipping costs in such cases.

8. Shipping and Delivery Across Europe

We ship to all countries within Europe, including all EU Member States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other European nations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, the shipping method selected, and the availability of the Products ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and in your shipping confirmation email, but these are indicative and not guaranteed.

Typical delivery timeframes are as follows: 3 to 7 business days for EU Member States, 5 to 10 business days for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, and 7 to 14 business days for other European destinations. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays as promptly as possible.

Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. If you have selected cash on delivery, title to the Products passes to you upon payment to the courier. For all other payment methods, title passes upon dispatch from our warehouse. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier and to our customer service team within 48 hours.

9. Order Tracking

Every order dispatched from our facility is assigned a unique 16-digit Tracking Code. This code is provided to you in your shipping confirmation email and, if you have an account, is also visible in your order history. You may use this code on our Order Tracking page to monitor the real-time status and location of your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Tracking information is updated by our logistics partners and may occasionally experience minor delays in reflecting the most current status. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, or if you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your parcel, please contact our customer service team and we will investigate promptly. All tracking inquiries are handled within 24 to 48 hours.

10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and its implementation in applicable national laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the Products.

Key Return Information: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Contact us via email or through our Contact page. All return requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page or in a promotional offer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may do so by sending an email or by using the contact form on our Contact page. Upon receiving your return request, we will acknowledge it within 24 to 48 hours and provide you with detailed instructions for returning the Products, including the return shipping address and any applicable return authorisation reference.

You must return the Products to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal decision. The Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging including all tags, labels, and accessories. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount proportionate to the diminished value.

The direct cost of returning the Products shall be borne by you for the majority of orders, unless the specific product listing or a promotional campaign expressly states that free returns are included. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

10.1 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products in accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • Products that have been personalised or made to your specifications
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
  • Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
  • Sealed audio, video, or computer software products once unsealed

11. Refund Procedure

Upon receiving the returned Products at our facility and verifying that they meet the conditions outlined in Section 10, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to an account you designate, and we may request your bank details for this purpose.

The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned Products. Original delivery charges will be refunded only if you are returning all items from your order and the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer, we will refund only the amount corresponding to the least expensive option.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned Products, or until you have provided evidence that you have dispatched them, whichever occurs first.

12. Product Warranties and Guarantees

All Products sold through this site are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity as mandated by Directive (EU) 2019/771. Under this guarantee, Products must be in conformity with the contract of sale for a minimum period of two years from the date of delivery. If a Product proves to be defective or non-conforming within this period, you are entitled to have the Product repaired, replaced, or, where neither option is feasible or proportionate, to receive a price reduction or full refund.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence where possible. We will assess the claim and respond with a resolution within 24 to 48 hours.

13. Intellectual Property

All content published on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of this site, is the property of the entity operating this site or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on this site without our prior written consent, except as incidental to normal browsing or as explicitly permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or sanctions, disruptions to transportation networks, strikes or labour disputes, supply chain interruptions, cyberattacks, power failures, and severe weather events. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and make all reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects and resume normal operations.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you shall also benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may submit it to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You also retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of habitual residence.

17. Amendments and Severability

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of this site after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
