How Order Tracking Works
Every order placed through this site is assigned a unique 16-digit alphanumeric tracking code upon dispatch. This code serves as your personal key to monitoring the journey of your parcel from our warehouse to your doorstep. The tracking system is updated in real time by our logistics partners, providing you with accurate information about the current location and status of your shipment.
Where to Find Your Tracking Code
Your tracking code is provided in the shipping confirmation email that is sent to you once your order has been dispatched. The email subject line typically reads "Your Order Has Been Shipped" and includes the 16-digit code formatted as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. If you have created an account on this site, you can also find all your tracking codes in the "My Orders" section of your account dashboard.
Understanding Tracking Statuses
- Order Confirmed: Your order has been received and payment has been verified (or, for cash on delivery orders, your order has been approved for dispatch).
- Picked and Packed: Your items have been selected from our inventory, quality-checked, and securely packaged for shipping.
- Dispatched from Warehouse: Your parcel has left our fulfilment centre and has been handed over to the delivery carrier.
- In Transit: Your parcel is on its way and is moving through the carrier's logistics network. It may pass through one or more sorting facilities depending on the delivery distance.
- At Local Depot: Your parcel has arrived at the delivery depot nearest to your address and is being prepared for final delivery.
- Out for Delivery: A courier has your parcel and is en route to your delivery address. For cash on delivery orders, please have the payment amount ready.
- Delivered: Your parcel has been successfully delivered and, where applicable, cash on delivery payment has been collected.
- Delivery Attempted: The courier attempted delivery but was unable to complete it (for example, no one was available to receive the parcel). A redelivery will typically be attempted the next business day.
Delivery Issues and Support
If your tracking status has not been updated for more than 5 business days, or if you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. Our logistics team will liaise directly with the carrier to investigate and provide you with an update. All delivery-related inquiries are treated as priority and handled within 24 to 48 hours.
