1. Shipping Destinations
This site delivers products to all countries across the European continent, including all 27 EU Member States, the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and additional European nations. We continuously expand our delivery coverage.
2. Shipping Timeframe
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on a business day are typically processed and prepared for dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique 16-digit tracking code, which you can use on our Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with established logistics partners to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Depending on destination and parcel dimensions, your order may be shipped via national postal services, international couriers, or specialised logistics providers. The carrier is indicated in your shipping confirmation alongside the 16-digit tracking code.
4. Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated based on destination, parcel weight and dimensions, and service used. The exact fee is displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders, clearly communicated on product pages and during checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery Shipments
COD is available for all European destinations. The total amount (products + shipping + taxes) is collected by the courier at delivery. Ensure you have the correct amount ready. If unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a collection point. Unclaimed parcels are returned to our warehouse and may incur return shipping charges before re-dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
No additional customs duties apply for EU deliveries, as VAT is included at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway), parcels may be subject to import duties determined by your local customs office. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and cannot be predicted by us.
7. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Parcels
Unsuccessful deliveries typically result in 1–2 additional attempts on subsequent business days, or the parcel is held at a nearby pickup point. Unclaimed parcels (after 7–14 days, depending on carrier) are returned to us. We will notify you by email and offer re-dispatch subject to additional shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received the parcel, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. All shipping inquiries are handled within 24 to 48 hours.
