How Order Tracking Works

Every order placed through this site is assigned a unique 16-digit alphanumeric tracking code upon dispatch. This code serves as your personal key to monitoring the journey of your parcel from our warehouse to your doorstep. The tracking system is updated in real time by our logistics partners.

Where to Find Your Tracking Code

Your tracking code is included in the shipping confirmation email sent when your order is dispatched (subject line: "Your Order Has Been Shipped"). If you have an account, it's also available in your "My Orders" section.

Haven't received your code? If your order was placed more than 48 hours ago and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder first. If not found, contact us at support@bricomagazin24.com or via our Contact page. We respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Understanding Tracking Statuses

  • Order Confirmed: Your order has been received and approved for dispatch.
  • Picked and Packed: Items selected, quality-checked, and securely packaged.
  • Dispatched: Parcel has left our fulfilment centre and been handed to the carrier.
  • In Transit: Moving through the logistics network, possibly through multiple sorting facilities.
  • At Local Depot: Arrived at the depot nearest your address, being prepared for final delivery.
  • Out for Delivery: A courier has your parcel and is en route. For COD orders, have payment ready.
  • Delivered: Successfully delivered; COD payment collected where applicable.
  • Delivery Attempted: Courier unable to complete delivery; redelivery typically attempted next business day.

If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if you have concerns about your delivery, contact us immediately. All delivery inquiries are handled within 24 to 48 hours.
